Pet of the Week!

Blossom is a female Lab/Shepherd mix and is approximately 4 months old (in September). She and her siblings were dumped behind a church behind tall weeds in a cage with no water or food. Blossom is a great little girl and loves to play with her siblings and the other litter of puppies at Angels for Animals Rescue League. She would make a great companion for any family!

She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and comes with 45 days of free health insurance. Her adoption fee is $125.

Angels for Animals Rescue League

Angels for Animals Rescue League was started in 2001 as a 501 (C) 3 organization located in Elida, OH. They run a shelter for homeless animals turned over from owners, save animals from dog pounds and from puppy mills. They average 300 to 500 adoptions per year.
All animals in Angels for Animals Rescue League care are vet checked, vaccinated, spayed or neutered, heartworm and leukemia tested, treated for fleas and worms, and micro-chipped for identification purposes. All animals adopted from them come with a 45 day health insurance plan.
We have a spay/neuter clinic we operate 2 days per week providing low cost spay/neuter for the public. We have spayed/neutered over 8,000 animals so far. We also provide low cost heartworm and flea medications.
Behind their clinic they have a flea market that sells all items donated to them for money for the animals and clinic.
All of this is only possible through private donations and community support. They accept donations of household goods for their flea market, paper towels, towels, blankets, kitty litter, dog and cat food, cages, newspapers, surgery supplies, pet care products, bleach, and always volunteers.
